Brief description of services

Part of ground handling services, approved by the Minister of Investment and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan on October 30, 2018 No. 749 "On approval of the list of goods, works, services of aerodrome and ground handling, which are part of airport activities, IMPORTANT: a detailed description of the services which are the subject of this tender is given in the Technical Specification to these Tender Documents.

IMPORTANT: bids of potential suppliers are accepted for the services listed in paragraph 2 of the Technical Specification, which is an integral part of this tender documentation.

IMPORTANT: A hydrant system will be used in front of the new terminal; accordingly, fuel-dispensing units will be used to refuel aircrafts standing on the telescopic bridges of the new terminal.

Due to the high interest in participating in the tender for ground handling services, Almaty International Airport JSC extends the deadline for submitting documents for participation in the tender until 17:00 on June 12, 2023.

Envelopes with competitive bids will be opened at 11:00 am Astana time on June 13, 2023, at the following address: Almaty, Mailin St. 2, in the conference room.

 

Announcement of the tender for the selection of ground handling service providers to render a portion of the ground handling services at the airport

The competition is held to select a service provider for a portion of the ground handling services on the territory of the Almaty International Airport.

Information about the structure of costs for the maintenance of the airport infrastructure facilities

Maintenance costs:

apron infrastructure, about KZT 700 million per year;

baggage handling infrastructure in the baggage sorting area, about KZT 110 million.

The cost of maintaining the airport infrastructure facilities may be increased, depending on various circumstances.
