Where to Collect Your Bags
After passport control, follow the Baggage Claim signs. Information screens display the carousel number for your flight.
• Carousels are grouped by flight number
• Baggage trolleys are available nearby
• Staff members can assist if needed
Oversized, Bulky & Special Items
Items such as sports equipment, musical instruments, strollers, or heavy luggage may be delivered to a dedicated oversized baggage area next to the carousels.
Look for signs labeled “Oversized Baggage” or ask an airport agent.
Delayed, Missing & Damaged Baggage
If your baggage does not appear on the carousel:
Wait until the carousel stops completely
Check with your airline’s ground handling team
Go to Lost & Found to file a Property Irregularity Report (PIR)
You will be asked for your:
Passport
Boarding pass
Baggage tag number
Most airlines provide SMS/email updates once the bag is located.
If your baggage arrives damaged:
Report it before leaving the baggage hall
Visit Lost & Found to file a damage report
Provide your baggage tag and boarding pass
Airlines handle repairs or compensation depending on policies
Traveling With Pets
Your pet will be released after mandatory veterinary checks in the baggage area.
You may need to present:
• Veterinary passport
• Vaccination certificates
• Import permit (if required)
