On September 8, 2025, Almaty International Airport opened the Worker Services Center (WOSC). The new facility represents an important step in developing the airport’s internal infrastructure, aimed at enhancing employee convenience and safety, as well as digitalizing key processes.
The opening ceremony was attended by airport management and staff, as well as representatives of Tigin. A symbolic ribbon-cutting marked the official start of the center’s operations. Guests were given a tour of the new facility and introduced to its functionalities.
The Worker Services Center provides staff with everything they need for their daily work. It organizes the distribution, tracking, and storage of workwear and personal protective equipment (PPE), as well as tailoring, repair services, and warehouse/logistics support for airport departments.
All processes have been fully digitalized and integrated with the corporate application “My TAV-ALA”. Employees can track the status of their workwear and PPE in real time, receive company news and notifications, complete training and surveys, and report incidents or initiate inspections. This approach ensures transparent inventory management, compliance with occupational safety and corporate standards, and a high level of service for every employee.
The WOSC reflects the airport’s commitment to caring for the people who ensure its smooth daily operations and represents an important step toward creating safe and comfortable working conditions.
