On November 3, 2025, Almaty International Airport Training Academy has been awarded as an Accredited Training Partner (ATP) by the Airports Council International (ACI). The ATP program rewards selected training organizations, setting the standard for excellence in airport training.
With this new status, the Airport’s Training Academy will be able to host official ACI training programs for aviation professionals from Kazakhstan, Central Asia, and neighbouring regions. This achievement opens new opportunities for knowledge exchange, capacity building, and reinforces the airport’s role as a regional hub for professional expertise in the aviation industry.
The accreditation marks an important milestone in Almaty International Airport’s long-term strategy focused on developing human capital, enhancing professional training, and implementing international best practices in airport management. This step further strengthens Almaty’s position as a centre of knowledge and professional growth, contributing to the advancement of aviation not only in Kazakhstan but across the entire Central Asian region.
