The Shanyraq Business Lounge by Air Astana

The Shanyraq is a modern business lounge located in the new terminal of Almaty International Airport, designed for Air Astana’s business-class passengers and Diamond and Gold Nomad Club loyalty members departing on the airline’s international flights.
Spanning over 600 sq.m, The Shanyrak is a luxurious and spacious business lounge offering a full range of services to meet the expectations of the international traveller. Visitors to the lounge can relax and enjoy a tranquil atmosphere enriched with Kazakh cultural style before their flights. Lounge features include areas for work and rest, a parent-and-child room, showers and facilities for passengers with limited mobility.

Guests of the lounge are offered  a wide selection of hot meals, snacks, and beverages tailored to the preferences of international travellers. Information displays with flight details are available for passengers' convenience. In addition, designated areas for both relaxation and work are provided.

The Shanyraq can accommodates up to 100 guests at a time and operates 24 hours a day, offering a high level of service that meets international standards. The lounge ensures passengers’ comfort and convenience, making waiting their flight both pleasant and enjoyable.
