Due to renovation works, the ramp entrance near the Aksunkar Hotel will be temporarily closed. As part of the renovation, works will include improving water insulation, upgrading the heating system, and putting new asphalt.
During the renovation period, access to the ramp will be redirected to the new ramp.

As of 1 August 2025, the official Almaty Airport Taxi service is now operating at Almaty International Airport. This is a new level of airport transfer: branded BYD Qin Plus electric vehicles, polite and professionally trained drivers who accompany passengers from the terminal exit to their final destination, assistance with luggage, fixed fares with no hidden charges, and an average vehicle arrival time of just 5 minutes. Payment can be made by card, via payment terminal, or using a QR code. Almaty Airport Taxi is a modern, safe, and convenient solution for those who value comfort from the very first minutes in Almaty.
