- in the transit zone on the ground floor;

- in the common area on the ground floor to the left of the terminal entrance.

AIR ASTANA

In the office at Almaty airport - on the second floor of the terminal, in the check-in hall for local flights; around the clock.

SCAT

At the ticket office on the second floor of the airport in the local departures hall;

the airline's representative office has an entrance from the end of the Aksunkar Hotel.

QAZAQ AIR

On the ground floor, the ticket office "Transavia".

Dogs, cats, birds and other animals are accepted for carriage only accompanied by adult passengers and with the prior consent of the Carrier. The passenger must provide a certificate and other documents required by the veterinary authorities of all countries on the route.

PCR is not required on domestic flights. For those arriving in Kazakhstan on international flights, a PCR test is mandatory, the validity period is 72 hours from the date of issuance of the analysis result (in Kazakh, English or Russian).
