• In the event that Extime Lounge services cannot be provided for reasons beyond Extime Lounge's control, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged

Such reasons include:

• Unnotified changes and cancelations of bookings
• Issues encountered at the border checkpoint or check-in desk due to missing documents
• Incorrect or missing booking details
• Passenger not introducing themselves to the Extime Lounge team
