- Visa fee is not included in the service fee
- In the event that Extime Lounge services cannot be provided for reasons beyond Extime Lounge's control, a 100% cancellation fee will be VIP charged
Such reasons include:
- Unnotified changes and cancelations of bookings
- Issues encountered at the border checkpoint or check-in desk due to missing documents
- Incorrect or missing booking details
- Passenger not introducing themselves to the Extime Lounge team
