Lost and Found

In case you fail to find your baggage on the conveyor belt, you should immediately contact the Lost & Found department, where the staff will assist you in completing a Property Irregularity Report (PIR).

If you find your baggage damaged when you receive it at the airport, please contact the Lost & Found department to initiate a PIR report.
