The purpose of this policy is to ensure the effective implementation of the complaint handling and customer satisfaction system in TAV Kazakhstan in order to improve the quality of customer service, analyze, evaluate and take measures to quickly resolve complaints received, to ensure continuous monitoring, and to improve customer relations.
